Refund Policy

We’re a local, family-run business, and we genuinely care about getting things right.

Every project that leaves KJB Graphix is made with pride and attention to detail. While we need clear refund guidelines to protect both you and us, our goal is always to make sure you’re happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to work with you and find a fair solution.

At KJB Graphix, most of our products are custom-made to order — including signage, apparel, stickers, and printed materials. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or sizing errors once an order has been confirmed and production has begun.

We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure you’re completely happy with your artwork, colours, and layout before printing. For all custom jobs, a design proof will be provided for your approval prior to production. It’s important to check this proof carefully, as printing will proceed once approved, and no further changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.

Please note that minor variations in colour or finish may occur between on-screen previews and final printed products due to lighting, materials, and monitor settings. These variations are normal in the printing process and do not qualify as faults.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the item has been inspected and confirmed as faulty, we’ll arrange either a replacement or refund.

To report an issue, please email us at design@kjbgraphix.net with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the fault. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for confirmed defective items — not for change of mind, sizing, or approved design variations.

General Notes

  • Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable once approved for production.

  • Refunds apply only to defective or damaged items that cannot be repaired or replaced.

  • All return shipping costs for faulty items will be reimbursed once the fault is confirmed.
